Cancellation Policy
Low Simmons Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved. 1. Cancellation Timeline & Refunds • Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Event Date: Clients will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made, minus a $50 administrative fee. • Cancellation 15–29 Days Before Event Date: 50% of the total event fee will be refunded. • Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Event Date: No refund will be issued, as it may not be possible to rebook the date. 2. How to Cancel To cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Please email info@lowsimmons.com to our business email address. The cancellation notice must include: • Your name • Event date • Reason for cancellation Once we receive your notice, we will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds within 7 business days. 3. Force Majeure Clause In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a credit for future services. 4. Rescheduling Policy If you wish to reschedule your event, please provide at least 15 days’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Any payments made will be applied to the new booking.
